No Morning Sickness

Morning Sickness is a symptom. It is your body’s way of balancing the internal environment for you and your baby.

It’s your body’s way of telling you that there are too many toxins inside and your body is doing what it knows best to do:  make a change and eliminate the toxins to create a safe, healthy place for your baby to grow.

The good news is: you can do some simple things to reduce and maybe eliminate your morning sickness once you understand what it is.

What it is:

Toxins get inside our body from many things and places. They come from the soaps, shampoos, products we use for daily hygiene. They come from the additives, chemicals and preservatives put into most foods for the sake of ‘low cost and longer shelf life”.  Toxins are also in the air and environment all around us.  We also put chemicals into our body by drinking sodas, many ‘energy drinks’ and even taking prescribed or over the counter medications.  These medications are chemically made – and the body perceives it as that.. a chemical… not food.

Our body is designed to clean itself daily and rid these toxins. We typically see the results of this natural process with things like: pimples, rashes, body odor, bad breath, smelly bowels and we even eliminate toxins through our sweat. Most of the time we simply think that this is normal-and it is.  (There are ways to support the body so less of the ‘smell’ occurs in these typical channels of elimination  :) )

Pregnancy ‘cleansing’

When pregnancy occurs though- the body goes into a very intense ‘cleaning cycle’ called morning sickness. If you have never done an intentional cleansing of your colon, blood,or liver prior to being pregnant, you may experience the body’s way of cleaning more intensely with nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, etc.

Morning sickness in and of itself is not a bad thing- especially when you understand what it is and what it’s for. You can- however, greatly reduce the symptom of morning sickness through eating clean, whole foods, drinking plenty of water (not flavored), and by taking a prenatal that is made without artificial chemicals.

Can a Vitamin Make You Sick?

On a cellular level, the molecules in our body ‘spin’ to the right.  It’s part of our life energy. Our essence.  Natural food,  on a cellular level, spins to the right.  (It has life energy in it too.) When we ingest things that are natural – the body recognizes it as ‘like kind, the same, safe- ie: food and fuel for the body’.  The more healthy and natural the food we consume, the more our body absorbs, builds, repairs and sustains us with health, wellness and vitality.

Chemicals on the other hand, have a molecular spin to the left.  When we have chemicals enter our body, our body does not see it as food.  It goes into a natural mode of ‘defense, cleanse and eliminate’.

So…yes. Vitamins CAN make you sick if you are using any that are made chemically.  All the vitamins, minerals, and herbal products on the site are made without ANY chemicals, there’s no heat processing (so they retain all their nutritional value) – and – most importantly, the raw materials (plants) harvested for these products come from all over the world.  Before they are chosen to be used for the nutritional s from NSP- they are tested to be the absolute highest quality on a molecular level.

You’ll find on the site here a way to invest into AMAZING, all natural, non chemical Prenatal Vitamins. I used these and had no morning sickness.  My friends all found that when they changed from the chemically made prenatals they got at a grocery store (or those suggested or recommended by their doctor) to these prenatals – their morning sickness went away.

NSP has sought out and ONLY uses the most clean, chemically free products.  They have extremely high standards for purity.   Also-this company was the very first company in the United States to ever put herbs into capsules. The ARE the standard for excellence.  With that, they have a large team of nutritional experts that understand how to formulate and use the natural plants correct parts for nutrition. Not all herbal products sold are the same.

Additional things to reduce morning sickness:

Some additional simple remedies for morning sickness typically aim to lessen the symptoms of nausea, rather than attacking the root cause(s) of the nausea are:

•    Lemons, particularly the smelling of freshly cut lemons.  (put some fresh lemon juice in water and drink first thing in the morning. This does a gentle cleanse on the gall bladder and the liver.)
•    Avoiding an empty stomach.
•    Accommodating food cravings and aversions.
•    Eating five or six small meals per day, rather than three large ones.
•    Eating fruits and vegetables high in water content. (Tomatoes, Watermelon,  Cantaloupe, Grapefruit, Strawberries, Lettuce, Spinach, Zucchini, Grapes, etc. If you can get organic ones- that is best. Check out your local farmers and growers for farm fresh food.  If either of those are not available, be sure to thoroughly was the ones you get to remove any pesticide or chemical residue.)
•    Eating cabbage.
•    Trying the BRAT diet: bananas, rice, applesauce, toast and tea.
•   Ginger, in capsules, tea, ginger ale, or ginger snaps.
•    Eating dry crackers in the morning.
•    Drinking liquids 30 to 45 minutes after eating solid food.
•    If liquids are vomited, sucking ice cubes made from water or fruit juice will help restore water balance.
•    Vitamin B6
