Vitamin C

Vitamin-C-Time-ReleaseVitamin C- Time Released

There are so many great fruits and vegetables to help you get your Vitamin C- but for those times when you are on the go, or if some of the acidic fruits irritate your stomach, a quality Vitamin C supplement is great to have on hand.

Not only that- Vitamin C can be used year round by all members of your family.

You should have adequate Vitamin C during all three trimesters. It is a water soluble vitamin and needs to be replenished daily. Vitamin C nourishes and feeds the immune system, the nervous system and your adrenals. It will help keep the immune system strong.

As has been talked about on other pages on this site, it is so important to make sure that the quality of the Vitamin C product you use is the best. So many over the counter drug store type vitamins are cheaply and synthetically made.  When you use those, your body goes into ‘toxin removal’ mode instead of ‘quality food I need and can use’ mode.

This Vitamin C is high quality, gentle on the stomach and easy to absorb.

One of my favorite ways to get Vitamin C is to make Rose Hip Tea. If tea is not your thing, or if you are unable to steep rose hips either due to lack of time or ability to get quality Rose Hips,  you can choose from a few options for Vitamin C supplements here from Nature’s Sunshine.

1. Click on the add to cart button shown above.

2. You will go to the special RxNaturally store for the Natures Sunshine Products.

3.  You can fill your cart with the products shown on the NMS site, or, you can add to your cart from the other products recommended.

4. If this is your first time ordering, you’ll be asked to provide a sponsor name so you can get special savings.  The Sponsor information for direct ordering is simply my name: Debbra Sweet. This should come up automatically before you check out the first time. If it doesn’t you can type it in to get the member savings.

If you need assistance with your order, email me or call me. We can set up a time to place your order together. As an Herb Specialist with Natures Sunshine you get support and coaching from me and my team.

Note:  While you are pregnant, do not order Stimulating Herbs. These can be used after the baby is born- but not while you are pregnant.

An interesting fact about Rose Hips: The berries are an excellent source of Vitamin C. When fresh berries are used they provide 60 times as much Vitamin C as an orange. The berries can be used in a tea or made into a jelly. Rose hips have been proven to strengthen the immune system. The hips mildly tone tissues and can be helpful for varicose veins, hemorrhoids, bruising and capillary bleeding.
